Steven Utroska is currently the State Director for Mississippi at the State Freedom Caucus Network. He was previously the Mississippi State Director of Americans for Prosperity. Before that, Mr. Utroska was an engineering consultant for over ten years holding both Professional Engineer and Professional Geologist licenses in several southern states. Mr. Utroska formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Mississippi Center for Public Policy, Mississippi’s only state-based conservative think-tank. Mr. Utroska is a 2021 Club for Growth Foundation Fellow and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Mississippi and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Liberty University.
