PURPOSE:

The future of democracy is uncertain. Theocratic politicians with authoritarian  aspirations are undermining free press, fair elections, rule of law and constitutional  guardrails protecting our rights with fascist abuses of power. Aware that the stakes  couldn’t be higher for the upcoming election, we aim to elevate principled  candidates with winning campaign strategies that combine a trifecta of technology,  media and activism to maximize competitive tools and resources necessary to  succeed. That is our purpose and North Star guiding measures proposed here.

BACKGROUND:

A subsidiary of the influential social action organization, Vigil for Democracy, LLC,  AMEtech Solutions harnesses the power of technology and media to provide  campaigns with in-depth research, social media amplification, content creation,  donor lead generation, coalition building and narrative strategy. Considered by  peers to be thought leaders in our fields of expertise, AMEtech principals have  amassed more than a century of combined experience in fields of activism, media,  elections and technology. Earned professional respect and social media influence  gives our team unique access to a vast network of organizers, activists, writers,  content producers, political strategists, researchers, IT professionals and other  human resources to tap as needed to support client campaigns.

Proposal Overview & Objectives

CAMPAIGN OBSERVATIONS AND OVERVIEW:

AMEtech team members have conducted initial assessments of Senator Taddeo’s  platform, social media activity, opposition strengths and weaknesses, campaign  opportunities and threats, and current issues impacting constituents of Florida’s  27th Congressional District. Senator Taddeo’s campaign appears to be on a very  positive trajectory with ongoing audience building, expansion of the donor base and  cohesive narratives resonating with constituents. We are duly impressed and  inspired to support her path to victory.

In recent weeks, we have been engaging with Stevie ______ and provided pro bono  assistance regarding donor leads. We have also been exploring synergistic ways in  which our knowledge and skills would benefit Senator Taddeo’s Congressional  campaign efforts. With observations made during this interaction, we have identified  a few key measures in our field of expertise that can augment, diversify and expand  existing campaign strategies to boost her reach, impact and competitive edge.

PROPOSED AUGMENTED SERVICES OBJECTIVES:

We are excited to propose a customized program to dovetail with existing campaign  tactics. This would include influencer amplification, coalition building with  surrogates for shared resources, donor, voter and opposition research to generate  leads and enhance communications, and creative, editorial and produced content to  diversify advertising and reach swing voters outside of their usual media echo  chambers. Objectives include:

• Organically boost followers and generate voter excitement in Twitter
• Understand deficits, strengths, marketing and narratives of incumbent opponent
• Gain exposure among new audiences outside of usual cable and online media
• Learn about potential donors to familiarize the Senator with common interests
• Augment, diversify, expand campaign strategy to maximize swing voter appeal
• Generate new leads in channels not already in campaign purview

Proposed Tactical Measures:

INFLUENCER AMPLIFICATION ON TWITTER:

• AMEtech will set up dedicated direct message (DM) amplification “rooms” where Senator Taddeo may “drop” original tweets to be amplified by influencers • Another DM room will be created for her to pick up articles and related copy to use in original tweets sent from her own account.
• AMEtech will monitor followers, unfollowers and tween analytics

COALITION BUILDING / SURROGATES:

• AMEtech will connect the Senator with fellow General Election candidates in DM rooms and/or Signal (encrypted app) for sharing resources and narratives • Connections may also be made with former Primary candidates who have sizable donor accounts that must be used on election spending
• Coalitions are a great way to tap former candidate’s followers and donors

OPPOSITION / DONOR / CONSTITUENT RESEARCH:

• Conduct research to ascertain common interests and priorities of potential donors to assist lead generation efforts
• Conduct deep-dive opposition research pertaining to incumbent to support marketing and social media narratives
• Comb news/editorial content daily for relevant source material to support comms and constituent/voter outreach.

LOCALIZED ADVERTISING / PUBLIC RELATIONS (RADIO / BILLBOARDS / COMMUNITY PAPERS):

• A radio ad campaign crafted to appeal to Republican listeners of conservative  talk radio stations is a great way to reach voters outside of their media bubbles.
• Studio set up to record the Senator’s voice or a hired voice-over artist
• Weekly hosted talk show using purchased brokered air time
• Billboards in hard to reach suburbs/rural areas of district with powerful meme style content relevant to constituent concerns
• Op Eds or sponsored content for publishing in remote community papers, often ignored by incumbents
• Regional wire service release (only upon newsworthy occurrence)

• $500 per month - Donor Research*

• $500 per single Production of 30- or 60-second Commercial
• $1,500 per month - Package of 4 Weekly Commercials*
• $2,000 per month - Weekly Brokered Airtime Shows*
