Richard G. Frohling
Richard G. Frohling serves as the Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Frohling has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for over 20 years and has served as the First Assistant U.S. Attorney since 2015. Mr. Frohling previously served as the Eastern District’s Criminal Chief (2010-15) and a Deputy Criminal Chief (2004-10). Before joining the office, Mr. Frohling had been in private practice and had served as a law clerk to Judge Terence T. Evans of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
