The Fresno office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of California serves the counties of Calaveras, Fresno, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Stanislaus, Tulare, and Tuolumne. The Fresno office is located in the middle of the fertile San Joaquin Valley, which is a major supplier of food and agricultural products for the United States and the world.

The Bakersfield Office

The Bakersfield office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of California was opened in April of 2015 to better serve the residents of Kern County. Located at the southern end of our District, and the great Central Valley, Kern County is the third largest county in California and a major producer of agricultural products and oil and natural gas.
