A Lean Canvas is a 1-page business plan template created to help entrepreneurs quickly and effectively plan their startups. It is based on the Business Model Canvas, developed by Alexander Osterwalder, but simplifies the information into just the essential elements. The Lean Canvas focuses on the problem/solution, customer segment, channels, revenue streams, key metrics, and competitive advantages. This template makes it easier to find the right focus areas and prioritize activities in order to optimize resources and time.
