Purpose:
Streamline all things guest-related into one page, combining your Guest Booking and Guest History into a single hub. This eliminates redundancy and keeps it simple.
What belongs here:
- Guest Database: A master list of all past, present, and potential guests, with fields like:
- Name, contact info, bio, availability, social media links
- Booking status (Pending, Confirmed, Scheduled, etc.)
- Episodes they’ve appeared on (linked to the Show Archive)
- Guest History: Notes on past collaborations, feedback, and potential rebooking opportunities.
- Communication Tracker: Track emails, follow-ups, or agreements related to guest appearances.
