A backlog is a list of all data that has accumulated over time. In technical circles it is used to describe work which needs to be done. All databases in Notion should be kept in a backlog since they are intended to be added to. This provides a single repository for users to find all of the databases.
To gain access to them from the terminal or other Notion places outside of your website simply create database views. Typing /linked will allow you to do that.

If you create two way links between databases that exist both inside and outside of your Website the relational properties may appear but will take you to a web page that doesn’t exist.
